Our winter group training is designed for athletes who are looking to continue to develop or refine their skill set during the basketball season. This is also a great opportunity to improve for those who may not be participating on a competitive team this winter. These sessions will mainly focus on skill work such as dribbling, passing, finishing, shooting off the catch/move, footwork and 1-on-1 scoring moves. Competitive drills and small sided games will be incorporated so athletes can get a better feel on how to utilize the skills they are gaining.
