Welcome to the 2023 Basketball Club Tournament Registrations

This registration will allow you to provide team contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover information available.
 

Tournament Dates:

Spring Jam April 22-23 (Girls and Boys) - CLOSED Hardwood challenge June 3-4 (Girls and Boys) - CLOSED
Dakota Challenge June 24-25 (GIRLS ONLY) CLOSED Summer Slam July 7-9 (Girls and Boys) CLOSED
Falls Brawl July 14-16 (Girls and Boys) - CLOSED Summer Classic July 21-23 (Girls and Boys) CLOSED

**Please note: For three day tournaments, 10U-14U divisions will play Friday-Saturday, 15U-17U divisions will play Saturday-Sunday. All tournaments are four game guarantees.

Tournament Fees:

10U - 14U: $250 (tax included)

15U - 17U: $350 (tax included)

***If your age division is full, please email kiah.damme@sanfordhealth.org to be put on the waitlist

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICIES

  • Tournament cost: 10U-14U: $250 // 15U-17U: $350
  • Payment may be made with this registration or check via mail. If you are mailing a check you will still complete this registration and select pay offline at the payment page, your team(s) will be accepted into the tournament once payment is received.
  • Registration/Payment Deadlines: Three weeks prior to tournament date. No teams will be accepted past this point unless decided upon by the tournament director in order to fill divisions. 
  • Refunds will be made up to the tournament deadline (three weeks prior to the event). If a tournament is canceled due to inclement weather teams will be fully refunded.
